Who is responsible for your information

Data Power Analytics ("we", "us", or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when you visit datapoweranalytics.com or contact us through the website.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@datapoweranalytics.com. This policy applies to website visitors and prospective clients. Information handled as part of a client engagement may also be subject to the applicable proposal, statement of work, or client agreement.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you use the contact form or email us. The website does not offer accounts, checkout, or payment processing.

  • Inquiry information: name, email address, optional phone number, optional industry, and the project description or other message you provide.
  • Correspondence: messages and information you send to us by email or through the contact form, plus our responses.
  • Form-protection information: technical information processed temporarily to limit automated form submissions, such as IP address and form-submission timing.
  • Website performance and usage data: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect privacy-focused, aggregated or anonymous measurements such as pages or routes viewed, referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, event time, and web-performance metrics.

Why we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess whether our data strategy, analytics, research, training, or proposal-support services are relevant, prepare for a requested conversation, and manage ordinary business records.

We use aggregated website and performance information to understand how the site is used, diagnose errors, protect the site, and improve its content and performance. Where data-protection law applies, these uses are based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and website, taking steps at your request before a potential contract, or your consent where consent is required.

Service providers and third parties

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We share information only when needed to run the website, respond to an inquiry, comply with law, or protect our rights and users.

  • Vercel provides website hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights. The analytics and performance tools used on this site are designed to provide aggregated or anonymous measurements and do not use advertising cookies.
  • ChemiCloud provides email hosting used to deliver contact-form inquiries to our team.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or a successor to our business may receive information where necessary and permitted by law.
  • The site links to third-party services, including social and AI platforms. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site; we do not control those services.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, a newsletter sign-up, or third-party CAPTCHA services on this site. The Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights integrations are configured to provide privacy-focused analytics without third-party advertising cookies.

Our hosting and security providers may still process limited technical request information, such as network and device information, to deliver and protect the site. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies generally, although doing so may affect how some websites work.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and correspondence information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, meet a legal obligation, or support an active client relationship.

Aggregated analytics and performance data are kept according to the retention settings and policies of the relevant Vercel service. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to our processing of your personal information. You may also have a right to data portability and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

To make a request, email hello@datapoweranalytics.com and explain what you need. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security, international transfers, and updates

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is necessary and appropriate.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We may update this policy as our website or practices change; the latest version will always be posted here with its updated date.
